Our practice is limited to representing individuals seeking Social Security Disability benefits and Supplemental Security Income payments. We would like to handle your firm's existing or potential Social Security Disability claims. This can be done on a referral basis as provided by the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct.

Based on set criteria, we are willing to perform an "audit" of your pending cases at your office (subject to your client's authorization) to determine if your client should file a claim for Social Security benefits OR you can determine which cases you would like to refer to us for representation. We are interested in cases involving individuals with physical or mental conditions through injury or illness that have prevented or that will prevent them from working for 12 months or that will result in their death.
